At ABC Nuclear Staffing LLC, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional staffing solutions to the nuclear power and electric utility industries. Established in 2023, our company may be new, but we bring over 50 years of combined experience in the nuclear field. Our founders, Tony Matthews and his partner, have played critical roles in the successful planning, construction, and testing of the last three nuclear power plants built in the United States—a claim no other company can make.

Our Story
While the business itself is a new endeavor, my partner and I have managed the production of all work packages needed for the construction and testing of the last three nuclear power plants built in the United States. This is a claim that no one else can make. Combined we have over 50 years in the nuclear industry.
During these projects, we created over 100,000 electronic work packages needed for Construction, Startup & Testing and pre-commercial operation using a variety of scheduling and planning software.
The effectiveness of our processes enabled our teams to continue to produce, even when confronted with Covid restrictions. Our remote planning protocol increased departmental productivity by more than 10 percent per month and allowed the client to save money by eliminating the cost of planner per diem while maintaining the site’s scheduling requirements.
Although our main concentration is in planning and scheduling, we can offer you various experienced personnel such as system engineers, test engineers, estimators, procedure writers, field engineers, project managers, and others. Our knowledge base spans various disciplines including ASME III, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Mechanical.
